Our RCI weeks can be
purchased at very low cost and because we are a Golf Resort based in
the UK, the weeks have very good "Trading power". This means
that for one of our weeks you could possibly exchange for two weeks in
Spain.
We are also Developer / Vendors for RCI Weeks. Due our location and
quality rating RCI Weeks enjoy particularly high trading power in the
weekly exchange system.
Weekly ownership rights may be exchanged on a like for like
basis through membership to RCI Weeks Exchange Programme.
RCI Weeks exchange is based upon the following criteria:

our UK resort, with extra guests enjoying a discounted rate of £15 per day.
Future increases in maintenance fees are capped by the RPI of the UK

Next Generation RCI Points
Next generation RCI Pure Points available at exceptionally low cost.
Annual maintenance fees on Next Generation RCI Points are set by the resort at a very favourable 48 pence per 100 per annum. Compare these prices with what you have been quoted elsewhere.
All Next Generation RCI Points are valid until 2076AD and future increases in maintenance fees are capped by the Retail Price Index of the UK.
